Software & Web Design

Built around your process, not the other way around.

Custom applications, B2B portals, online stores and corporate sites. We build from scratch when the process is genuinely yours, and take a leading platform to enterprise level when that costs you less.

// Three routes

Not every problem needs custom code

Most agencies sell you the route with the biggest invoice. We start by working out which of these three actually fits, and one of them involves us building far less.

// 01
Build on an existing platform
When something on the market already fits

If Shopify, WordPress or Webflow already solves what you need, we implement on that platform with design and content shaped to your brand instead of reinventing the wheel. Faster to launch, cheaper to maintain, and you keep the ecosystem around it.

  • WordPress and WooCommerce at enterprise level
  • Shopify and Shopify Plus — custom themes, private apps
  • Magento / Adobe Commerce
  • Webflow for content-led marketing sites

// 02
Custom software
When no product on the market fits your process

We design the architecture, the database and the application specifically around your workflow. You decide which technology, where it is hosted and under what rules. This is the right call when the process is genuinely yours and bending it to fit a SaaS would cost more than building.

  • ERPs for inventory, purchasing and finance
  • CRMs and client portals with WhatsApp and email integration
  • Booking, appointment and online payment systems
  • Multi-vendor marketplaces and logistics dashboards

// 03
Extend the SaaS you already pay for
Before you throw it out, let us look at extending it

If you have already invested in Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Odoo or Shopify Plus, we build the extensions, integrations and modules that are missing rather than replacing everything. Often this is the cheapest answer, and it is the one most agencies will not offer you.

  • Custom modules on top of an existing ERP
  • Integrations between systems that do not talk to each other
  • Migration of data without losing history
  • Automation of the steps still done by hand

// What we build

Twelve things we have shipped repeatedly

If yours is not on the list, it usually means it is a variation of one of these — or genuinely new, which is also fine. Ask.

// Method

Six phases, each with something you can open

Every phase ends in an artefact you can review. No stretch of the project is invisible to you.

  1. 01
    // Discovery

    Diagnosis

    We map the real workflow, not the one in the manual. Where the time goes, which steps break, what the current system refuses to do.

  2. 02
    // Design

    Visual design

    Wireframes and interface before a line of production code. You approve what you will get.

  3. 03
    // Build

    Development

    Fortnightly deliveries you can open and click. No three months of silence followed by a surprise.

  4. 04
    // Content

    Content and loading

    We load real content, not lorem ipsum. Copy, images, products and the SEO structure that goes with them.

  5. 05
    // Launch

    Deployment

    Cloud or dedicated servers, with monitoring, backups and a rollback plan before we flip the switch.

  6. 06
    // Support

    Support and evolution

    A defined SLA, monthly reporting and iteration based on how the thing actually gets used.

Three ways to contract the work

We recommend one after the diagnosis, based on how settled the scope actually is.

// Closed scope
Fixed price

You know exactly what it costs before we start. Best when the scope can be written down completely and is unlikely to move.

// Continuous iteration
Time and materials

Billed against hours worked, with a ceiling agreed per sprint. Best when the product will evolve as you learn from users.

// Live product plus support
Monthly retainer

A recurring plan covering maintenance, small features and support with an SLA. Best once the product is in production.

Four answers worth having up front

The rest are on the pricing and FAQ page.

Will you tell me if I should not build custom?

Yes, and we do it often. If a commercial tool covers 90% of your process, buying it is cheaper than building it. Custom development is justified when the process is genuinely yours and no platform respects it.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository or transfer ours at close, with documentation. No code held hostage and no dependencies only we can maintain.

How long does a project take?

A marketing site is typically four to eight weeks. A custom application with integrations runs three to six months. Both estimates assume decisions arrive on time — the most common cause of delay is waiting for approvals.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Frequently. We audit what exists first and tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or whether rebuilding costs less than repairing. Sometimes the answer is uncomfortable.

Tell us what the current system refuses to do

Thirty minutes is enough to know which of the three routes fits — including the one where we build the least.
